No matter if you’re experienced with trainings or this is your first one, our Basic training is able to meet you where you’re at. The Basic is the first step in our three step training that brings new awareness to the journey you’re looking to embark on. Experienced attendees will find themselves uncovering new layers of the onion to bring them to higher levels even if they’ve been working on themselves for years.
We publish our pricing because we believe you should be able to plan. The Basic Course is $695 (with a $395 deposit option) and the Advanced Course is $1,395 (with a $495 deposit option). The Legacy Program is our most comprehensive training: four months of leadership development — four immersive weekends, weekly group sessions, and one-on-one meetings with a group facilitator — focused on setting and achieving real goals in every area of life: health, relationships, contribution, and finances. Legacy is not for everyone — it's for graduates ready to make that level of commitment. Tuition is under $2,000; contact our office at (310) 305-7855 for current tuition and payment plans.Like every serious development curriculum — from executive education to the leading names in personal growth — our programs build on one another by design. Each one is a complete experience on its own, and each is priced upfront: no hidden fees, no required purchases, no surprises. Payment plans are available through our office.
Tuition is non-refundable and is not transferable to another person. If a validated medical issue prevents you from attending, your tuition may be transferred one time to a future training date. Like other in-person trainings, all tuition must be used within one year of purchase. You receive this policy in writing before you enroll — no surprises, ever.
Our trainings are emotionally deep, and we take that seriously. Every participant completes a health disclosure form before training begins, and throughout the training you always share at your own comfort level — how deep you go is always your choice. The training is personal development education — it is not therapy and not a substitute for treatment. If you are currently in treatment for a mental health condition, we ask that you consult your clinician before enrolling, and our office is glad to speak with you — or with your clinician — about what the training involves.
Participation is how to get the most out of the training. The trainer will be there to guide attendees like a coach, however participants will be the ones responsible for getting their work done and creating their own experience..
No — and we understand why people research this question, so here is a direct answer. M.I.T.T. is a personal and leadership development training company based in Culver City, California, founded in 1998 with decades of helping people release limiting beliefs and live fuller, more abundant lives. We teach experiential workshops with a defined beginning and end — real exercises, group work, and coaching, led by professional trainers whose names, credentials, and bios are public.
There is no doctrine to adopt, no leader to follow, no isolation from family or friends, and no mandatory participation of any kind after your training ends. Some graduates — professionals, entrepreneurs, self-made millionaires — choose to come back and volunteer with future classes, because they want to give the next class what someone once gave them. It is always a choice, never a requirement. Our trainings are emotionally engaging by design, because lasting change rarely comes from a lecture. If you're researching us, we encourage it: talk to graduates, ask us anything, and call our office at (310) 305-7855 — we will answer any question you have.
Our trainers are masters in ontological philosophy trained extensively in personal development, emotional intelligence, and human behavior modalities. The men and women who lead the trainings are extensively trained and seasoned educators who have distinguished themselves in a wide range of professions and fields. In addition to demonstrating high levels of accomplishment, trainers complete an internship of at least one year in mastering the principles and methods they teach. All trainers are university graduates, and several hold advanced degrees. For more information on any specific trainer, you can see their resumes and accolades on our about page.
These workshops are an experiential learning process, a laboratory for self-discovery, in which your entire being is engaged in the work of discovery, creation, and re-creation. The M.I.T.T. facilitator presents the dynamics of the workshop in a way that is clear, powerful, and alive. The interactive structure of the classroom includes a series of life-altering presentations, breakthrough processes, creative interactions, and personalized coaching which focus on questions at the heart of our humanity; issues that are key to successful living.
M.I.T.T. is not a religious organization and teaches no spiritual doctrine. Our graduates include people from all faiths and those who do not believe in organized religious. The training deals with universal human questions — integrity, forgiveness, responsibility, love — and graduates consistently tell us it deepened their existing faith and their engagement with their own faith community rather than competing with it.

The Basic Training classroom is an environment in which you are able to recognize opportunities to choose different ways of thinking and acting that will empower you to live the life you want to live. In the workshop, you are presented with tools to assist you in that process of moving forward in your life. Remember… wherever you are in your life, there is always room to move forward!
In the workshop, you will gain a new freedom to set aside assumptions and beliefs about yourself and the world around you that limit what is possible. Then you will be able to generate a life that is consistent with your heartfelt values, commitments, and intentions.
Participants in the M.I.T.T. Workshops generate a wide range of benefits in all areas of their lives. The following four examples are particularly noteworthy:
RELATIONSHIP
In The Basic, you will open yourself to a trust and vulnerability that allows for genuine intimacy in all areas of life. You will embrace a new appreciation and love of yourself and others, and will be able to share that experience in a way that nurtures and contributes to the people closest to you, to your community, and to your world.
ACCOMPLISHMENT
The Basic gives you opportunities to free yourself from the limits of “what everyone knows” can be done, and brings a new focus and momentum to the commitments you hold. As a result, your vision can expand dramatically. You will be able to find opportunities and solutions that were previously unseen, and you will be able to act effectively to bring the possibilities of the future into the realities of today.
RESPONSIBILITY
In The Basic, you rediscover yourself as author, the generator of your life, rather than an observer or passenger “along for the ride”. You will strengthen your ability to declare your commitments and express them in action that forwards and delivers what you intend. You will discover a way for integrity, honesty and trust to become an integral part of your life and be able to choose it!
CONTRIBUTION
Each of us longs to participate in a life that contributes powerfully to the people around us; one that leaves a lasting imprint of our vision, our creativity, and our wonder as human beings.
As your relationship with others is deepened; as your ability to accomplish is increased; and as the level and scope of your responsibility expands, you will discover the unique gifts that you ARE, and may find yourself naturally eager and able to make a difference in your environment – with your family, your job and career, your community, and, indirectly, the world.
