The Legacy Program

A world-class Leadership Program designed to empower extraordinary people to produce extraordinary results.

The Legacy Program is an intensive four-month curriculum that is designed to create a high level of commitment to building lifelong habits. Join a select group committed to elevating themselves to higher levels of excellence, results, and intention. Graduates often note vastly improved emotional intelligence, and transformed relationships.

The Legacy Program is developed for Advanced Course Graduates to:

• Integrate the tools of the training into their lives with power and velocity.
• Create an empowering context for living the training in their community.
• Bring their vision to life through contribution and making a difference.
• Master the art of enrollment in life.

The LP Program includes three separate training weekends and a ropes course, consistent one-on-one life coaching, small group and large group coaching, practicing the art of enrollment, a personal strategic plan and community focused activities including a large-scale community service project.

During participating in the Legacy Program, students experience opportunities to lead teams, give/receive feedback on effectiveness, master enrollment into events, and one on one and small group coaching.

While accomplishing these things students will attend weekly meetings designed to create personal breakthroughs in relationships, leadership, and enrollment. Students are also trained to gain deep understanding of all human beings and their motivations through their personality characteristics and how to discover effective ways to communicate in the world.

Through the Leadership Program, students have the opportunity to:
