We have had the privilege to raise a total $34,315.88 for both Hope in a Suitcase and Rancho San Antonio. With Hope in a Suitcase, money raised provided hygiene kits, art kits, and clothing suitcases to Los Angeles foster children. In-person efforts assembled the hygiene kits, organized racks, and packed suitcases. Virtual efforts raised awareness through social media posts for clothing drives and donation outreach for new items, engagement with Hope in a Suitcase's social media platforms, finding sponsorships to direct overflow items to the organization, and write personalized notes for the foster children. The fundraiser also supported Rancho's residents to build their lives for college and work. The personalized care packages. The donation to Rancho will be matched with a grant for the Creative Arts Studio, Music Therapy Studio, and the refugee housing program, which works with the federal government to house refugee families.
