Experiential Leadership Challenge

Participants of The Samurai Game are asked to step into the unfamiliar. It is a fast paced and unpredictable game, calling participants to exercise resourcefulness, decisiveness, honor, dignity, integrity, respect, compassion, and personal commitment. Participants will rely on centeredness and teamwork. Participants will become aware of their leadership effectiveness, and team cohesion. It will be your MRI, scanning your leadership brain.

Samurai Game invites you to observe yourself and reflect on:

• What principles and core values do you stake your life and success?
• How well do you function with uncertainty and pressure?
• Do you act decisively and integrous to get the results you want and need?

Participants have the opportunity to:

• Become aware of the vividness and value of life
• Deal with loss and recovery
• Deepen their awareness of where they want to stop or are not willing to get uncomfortable
• “Push the envelope” and learn when they breakdown and when they breakthrough
