The Value of Practice and How it Applies to Mastery.

Bruce Languren

Have you ever heard that it takes 28 days to build a habit?  Recent studies have overruled that notion and suggest that it actually takes about 59-70 days to build habits.  With that being said, what would happen if you practiced new habits for 100 days?

Experiences can be very powerful.  Perhaps you’ve attended a seminar that really rocked your world or went to a concert that you really enjoyed.  In the moment, those experiences can be extremely compelling.  But what tends to happen days and weeks later?

Experiences are like feelings, they come and go.  That’s why we believe that practice is the cornerstone of building new habits and changing your life as a result.  Students will say that our Basic and Advanced trainings are extremely impactful experiences; however, the ones that continue into the Legacy Program are the ones who get those experiences alive in their bones, evidently making newly adopted habits feel like second nature in the real world.

Aside from the Legacy Program, the value of consistent practice is what creates a different identity.  This ultimately leads to creating a different lifestyle for yourself while attracting new people and experiences into your life.

Our graduates have adopted this practice into creating phenomenal results in their lives.  We have had students who have quadrupled their income, bounced back from divorce and attracted an ideal partner, brought their family back together, and of course many more scenarios!  The value of practice speaks for itself.  So why is it that people have such a hard time being disciplined with consistent practice?  The answer is their environment.

When people are left to their own devices, the potential for growth is at the mercy of the habitual patterns that have been learned over someone’s life.  Though a strong will can triumph over old patterns, we’ve found that having a community to be accountable to makes a vast difference.  That’s why in all of our trainings we come from a neutral space.  Nothing is right or wrong, good or bad.  In fact, we encourage everyone to try on something new to see what sticks for them.  This environment encourages you to be anything you want to be while also understanding that it also doesn’t have to look a particular way.

Mastery requires practice and we’ve created an environment for you to practice without judgment so that you can create the person you’ve always dreamed of becoming.
