“Knowing others is intelligence.  Knowing yourself is true wisdom.  Mastering others is strength.  Mastering yourself is true power.” – Lao Tzu

There is a lot of value in knowing yourself.  When you know yourself better, you are able to better understand your personality and recognize triggers that may make you behave in a way that isn’t your usual norm.

Personal development is an essential key in creating a happy, fulfilled life.

We define personal development as a rewarding journey of self-improvement that enhances the domains of your life that you choose to focus on.

Leveraging the use of powerful questions can make a huge difference in providing clarity on which specific domain of your life you’d like to focus on most.

What are the main domains of personal development?

Personal development consists of 8 main domains.  They are:

  • Family
  • Career/School
  • Relationships
  • Money/Finance
  • Health/Fitness
  • Community
  • Recreation
  • Spirituality/Inner Growth

What will personal development questions support me with?

Personal development themed questions provide massive value in getting to know yourself better.

The questions themselves can provide clarity on your goals, values, strengths, weaknesses, and the vision you have for your life.  Asking yourself intentional questions is a great start to take inventory on what’s going on in your life.
